Return and Refund Policy
At POKETREASURETCG, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Conditions for returns:
The product must be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which it was received.
It must retain its original packaging.
Proof of purchase required.
Products NOT eligible for return:
Individual letters (singles) due to the nature of the product.
Open envelopes (boosters).
Sealed products that have been tampered with or opened.
Products on sale or clearance (if applicable).
Damaged or incorrect products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Refunds:
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method (Stripe).
The time may vary between 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for the return costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
