Due to the nature of TCG (trading card) products, availability may be limited and subject to change by authorized distributors.

3. PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some products offered in the store are sold on a PRE-ORDER basis.

By purchasing a pre-ordered product, you expressly agree that:

The product will not be shipped immediately.

Shipping will only occur when the product is officially available.

The dates indicated are estimates based on official release dates and may be subject to change by the manufacturer or distributor.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

They will not be able to claim non-delivery before the availability date.

Opening disputes or requesting chargebacks for this reason will be considered invalid.

4. PAYMENTS

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of:

Suspected fraud

Unauthorized use of payment methods

Inconsistent or incorrect information

5. SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped once all products are available.

For orders that include pre-order items along with in-stock items:

Shipping will be combined when all products are available, unless otherwise indicated.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by logistics providers

Delays in product launches by manufacturers or distributors

6. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time due to:

Pricing errors

Lack of stock

Problems with the supplier

In the case of pre-order items:

Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed.

Refunds will not be issued based on launch delays beyond our control.

7. LIABILITY

We will not be liable for:

Indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the site or products

Misuse of purchased products

Damage incurred during transport (claims must be made directly with the carrier)

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing and or making a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, including the specific conditions applicable to pre-order products.
